Another Woman Already???

Lindsay Lohan was taking part in a photo shoot in the Hollywood Hills yesterday when she suddenly received a phone call that led her to break down into tears. She was inconsolable as one of her male companions tried his best to calm Lindsay down but she was visibly shaken. Perhaps he lacked that feminine touch because it was only when Lindsay’s other friend, whom I didn’t recognize, showed up that Lindsay was able to calm down enough to finish her shoot. What was it that made Lindsay break down? I don’t know for sure but what I do know is that Lindsay was looking spectacularly over the top hot yesterday, so hopefully she can take some small comfort in that.
