Had Kelly Rutherford’s dirty divorce soured her on men? According to Page Six, the “Gossip Girl” mom, who’s trying to get shed of Daniel Giersch after a short marriage and two kids, offered some rather bitter advice at a party for Nintendo’s Super Mario Bros. Wii. When a young female guest told a publicist that she wanted her boyfriend to gift her with a Wii, Kelly interjected, “Buy it yourself! It’s cheaper than a divorce.” Ouch! Maybe Kelly should look for a guy who has his own money next time around.

Going through a divorce is always difficult, especially if the couple was together a long time, so it’s no surprise that Hulk Hogan is feeling rather down these days. The wrestler  recalled his feelings, and told E!, “I actually believed in my heart that oath you make, ‘til death do us part, for better or worse. I actually believed everybody was on that page. It blew my mind, never been hit that hard.”

So hard that he considered suicide and pulled out a gun, but a phone call from friend Laila Ali gave him the comfort he needed at the time. “She goes, ‘You left, you were so depressed. Are you OK? We haven’t heard from you.’ She kept saying that we love you and we love you and come back, come to church with us and that kind of snapped me out of it.”

One of the things that made the Hogan split so tumultuous was wife Linda’s affair with a 20-year-old who is about the same age as their children. “It’s real turbulent and I don’t talk to her at all and, you know, it’s just like it’s tough because…she’s got her own gym and she lives in California and she’s with her young boyfriend and the hardest thing was just trying to talk to her when this kid that she’s in love with used to go to the same school with my children.” Yeah, it’s easy to see why that would hurt.

Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee seem like one of those couples that can’t live with each other, but can’t live without each other, either. They’ve split and reconciled too many times to count, and share two sons, Brandon, 13, and Dylan, 11.

But Pam seems to finally have had enough of the Motley Crue drummer. She told New magazine, “You can’t get heartbroken any more over all the disappointments or how he is as a father or anything like that. He doesn’t think he’s doing anything wrong. I do tell him the truth, but it’s been 10 years of suffering over him so I’m over it. Whatever it is, it is – as long as my kids are happy and we’re happy and we’re safe, let him run around the world. I support him.”

But you won’t take him back—again? “No. No way. I have no interest at all.” Wonder if this will make Tommy try even harder to win her back?

Jennifer Lopez will be spared having the most intimate moments of her first marriage exposed to the public—but only for one more day.

TMZ reports a judge has granted J.Lo’s request for a temporary restraining order preventing her first ex-husband Ojani Noa from distributing a movie containing home video footage taken during their brief union in 1997-98. The star’s lawyer wants to see the footage, which allegedly contains his client in “a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room from [her and Noa’s] honeymoon.”

A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday to determine whether the restraining order will remain in effect. This is not the first time Ojani Noa has attempted to capitalize on his short marriage to Lopez, despite a confidentiality agreement signed by both.

“Gossip Girl” star Kelly Rutherford has settled her custody battle with ex Daniel Giersch for the meantime, but she doesn’t have him out of her life for good.

According to TMZ, the current settlement decrees that both Kelly and Daniel spend the filming schedule for “Gossip Gurl,” July 30 through April 5, in New York. Rutherford will reside in NYC while Giersch will live in the Hamptons. The pair will share joint legal and physical custody of their two children, and attend counseling sessions.

So Danny boy gets to live it up in the posh Hamptons while Kelly works to pay for it? I hope her freedom is worth it.

“Gossip Girl” actress Kelly Rutherford doesn’t regret ending her marriage to the father of her two kids, and has no problem with raising them alone.

The CW star told Life & Style that she made the decision to leave Daniel Giersch while she was pregnant with their second child because “it was pretty obvious [they] weren’t getting along.” Hubby’s legal problems added to the tension between the pair.

After the divorce filing, Rutherford kept her ex away from the delivery room when she gave birth to baby Helena, saying “When you’re in labor, you don’t want the man you’re divorcing in there, especially someone who’s said cruel things about you.”

The soon-to-be-single new mom has no qualms about taking care or Helena and big brother Hermes without a dad around. “The most important thing is that children have love and stability in their lives, whether that comes from a mother or a father. [Alone], I can raise them to be much more peaceful.” 

That “peace” may be awhile in coming, since Rutherford still has what promises to be a very nasty divorce ahead of her.

After being absent for most of their lives, Michael Jackson’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe has come forward to seek custody of the children born during their marriage.

The AP reports that one week after the death of the Prince of Pop, Debbie Rowe has stated her intentions to gain custody of 12-year-old Prince Michael and 11-year-old Paris Michael Katherine. Rowe spoke by phone to KNBC in Los Angeles, and also stated that she would try to obtain a restraining order against Joe Jackson to keep him away from his grandchildren. The two kids and younger sib Blanket are now in the custody of Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine.

The question everyone is asking is, why did Rowe suddenly come out with this now? Is it because she was cut out of Jackson’s will and is looking to score more bucks from his estate? Or is she honestly concerned about the kids, especially where Daddy Joe is concerned? Rowe’s attorney today had next week’s scheduled custody hearing postponed  until July 13, so we’ll have to wait to see what her motives really are.

Smile, Hermes—you have a baby sister! “Gossip Girl” star Kelly Rutherford gave birth to Helena Grace Rutherford Giersch last night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Kelly’s mom was at her side as she delivered the little bundle of joy. Not present was baby daddy Daniel Giersch, who claims he was not notified that his estranged wife was in labor. Giersch released this statement to People:

“Media reports claiming that I neglected to attend my daughter’s birth are total lies and fabrication. I was never informed by Kelly about the birth of our daughter, nor was I invited to attend. In fact, I found out about it through Internet reports like everyone else.

“Although this sickens me, I am of course overjoyed that our baby was born healthy. I would’ve wanted nothing more than to hold our newborn daughter for a few moments, and I only seek to coparent both our children responsibly and with love.”

Yep, there’s nothing like a new baby to give a divorcing couple more more thing to fight over.

People reports Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn are back together, one more time. Sean Penn filed a request today to withdraw his legal separation case. The pair had previously filed for divorce in December 2007, but changed their minds four months later.

Did Sean decide to go back to wifey after Natalie Portman told him she wasn’t that into him? I’m sure we haven’t heard the last from this couple, who aren’t likely to live happily ever after.

What’s worse than finding out your dad’s dumped your mom after nearly 30 years? Finding out he’s knocked up his mistress.

According to the National Enquirer, Mel Gibson has broken the news to his brood of kids that GF Oksana Grigorieva is pregnant with his child—and additional heir to his humongous fortune. Predictably, the older Gibsons are not happy about the blessed event. The superstar’s two oldest boys by wife Robyn, 26-year-old twins Edward and Christian, are planning to hire an attorney to protect their interests.

Who can blame them? Middle-aged men have a nasty habit of forgetting about their older kids after they’ve begun to sire a new batch with their younger trophy wives.

If “Private Practice” star Kate Walsh thought the year she spent married to Alex Young was the worst of her life, this one is turning out to be even less pleasant.

According to TMZ, Young, filed legal papers today requesting that a judge refuse to grant an order which would bar him from obtaining financial information from Kate’s accounting firm. Young claims he left the marriage with only the clothes on his back after sinking close to a million dollars on their home, where Kate now lives.

I can’t help thinking there’s more than money behind the malice in this nasty divorce. But if Kate gives in to her former hubby’s financial demands, the dirty laundry is likely to stay in the closet.

It’s obvious one of the numerous things annoying Hulk Hogan about his ongoing divorce is estranged wife Linda’s affair with 19-year-old Charley Hill. The Hulkster is especially peeved that the teen is tooling around Clearwater in his Caddy Escalade.

The wrestler will just have to go on being mad, because according to TMZ, a judge in Pinellas County, FL, says junior has a license to drive Hulk’s vehicles. Hogan had placed a request to bar Hill from driving his cars because he feared his estate could be held liable if the kid crashed—as people close to Hulk are so prone to do. The judge said no, so Linda and Charley can continue to spin around town at Hulk’s expense.

At the rate Linda’s going through Hulk’s fortune, how soon will she drive him into the poorhouse?

When Hulk Hogan made that ill-advised statement about “understanding O.J.,” it didn’t take a crystal ball to predict estranged wife Linda would find a way to use it against him.

TMZ reports the bleached blonde cougar is demanding an extra $8,200 per month of Hulk’s money so she can move “thousands of miles away” from her ex, claiming she’s in “imminent danger of becoming a victim.” Linda also wants $24,000 in “advanced rent and security deposits” so she can move from Clearwater, FL to SoCal.

In this case, it might actually be worth it to Hulk. Who wouldn’t want his ex to move as far away as possible?

A divorce between two highly-paid adults ought to be more civilized than this, but the split between Kate Walsh and Alex Young just gets nastier.

TMZ reports Walsh’s lawyer Laura Wasser has requested a trial date for the couple’s divorce hearing. This comes after Young’s demanding more financial information on the home they bought just before the wedding and furnished together. The “Private Practice” star and the film exec were wed a mere 14 months before their split late last year.

Is Wasser putting pressure on Young’s side to settle prior to the trial date? What dirty details are likely to come out if this goes to trial? I’d bet on the settlement, which will probably find Kate paying a large sum for her freedom.

Alex Young, to who is being divorced by “Private Practice” star Kate Walsh, has been annoying her accountants lately—so much that they have asked for a protective order against him.

RadarOnline quotes the court document :from London & Company, LLP: “Young is intent on harassing London, a non party accounting firm, on the week before the tax filing deadline through a series of cryptic, threatening and abusive letters. Young’s motive is to compound the stress of tax season and harass London and its employees.”

I think that’s lawyerspeak for “ex wants more of wife’s money.” What happened to Young’s career as a producer? 

Tyrese Gibson may be a devoted daddy, but her mom is finding he’s not the best ex-husband.

TMZ claims Gibson has a prenup signed by estranged wife Norma that tells her exactly what she’s entitled to in their divorce—practically nothing. The prenup says the former Mrs. Gibson gets $50,000 for every year of marriage, up to 10, but the pair split up after just 10 months. N Complicating the case is their almost two-year-old daughter Shayla Somer Gibson, on whom Norma says she spends $500 per month for baby classes. Norma is not entitled to any of her ex’s property—not even the house she lives in.

Tyrese made nearly a million dollars last year, but is paying only $6,230 a month in support. Not surprisingly, Norma has high-priced lawyers working on her case, fighting the validity of the pre-nup. Too bad she didn’t have them around when she signed it in the first place.

US Weekly reports that Linda has released this statement: “Hulk’s serial cheating destroyed our marriage, our family and our future. Sadly, his recent comments remind us that his definition of fair is much different than what the law dictates.”

Her rep Gary Smith added, “We have always maintained that the fear that Linda has had to live with comes from the rage and instability much too often associated with pro wrestlers. Linda and her family are taking these recent homicidal comments seriously.”

Yeah, they’re taking them seriously enough to be looking for angles to get more cash from the Hulkster.

“Private Practice” star Kate Walsh is trying to put her short-lived marriage to Alex Young behind her—and keep his hands off her bank account.

Yahoo News reports the actress has filed paperwork at the Superior Court of California in L.A. seeking to prevent Young from receiving any spousal support. The couple were married in Sept. 2007, but Walsh announced it was over in Dec. 2008. 

Why, that’s just mean—expecting a 37-year-old film exec to earn his own living! And after he gave her the best year of his life.

Mel Gibson’s 28-year-marriage is on the rocks, and he’s facing the most expensive divorce in Hollywood history, but that won’t stop him from partying!

Extra reports that Monday, the same day the divorce became public, Mel was seen on a Costa Rican beach with an unknown blonde beauty. According to a snitch, “Mel was laughing and joking. He did not look at all worried or concerned. You would never have guessed he is going through what could be a very expensive divorce.”

Yeah, why let a little thing like that cramp your style. After all, being married never did.
