Family Intervention For Lindsay?

Lindsay Lohan’s estranged dad Michael grabbed headlines with his claim that the actress is addicted to prescription drugs. Now he’s trying to rally the family to stage an intervention.
Michael Lohan told RadarOnline.com, “I had a conversation with her, her mother and everyone…over the next couple of weeks I’m going to be doing things in a pretty public way. But Dina has got to get on the same page with me. It’s a serious situation. You can’t just talk about it and tell me that you want to do an intervention and then do nothing.”
Did he really expect the ex-wife who hates him and also needs Linds as her meal ticket to be a lot of help? And where does Samantha Ronson fit into his plans? Given Daddy Lohan’s animosity toward his daughter’s lover in the past, he’s not likely to get any help there, either.
Is this a father’s honest attempt to save his child’s life, or just another of Michael Lohan’s publicity stunts? He insists, “When Lindsay doesn’t adhere or listen to what I say about serious situations, I feel I have to speak publicly to put pressure on her,” he said. “If she doesn’t take my advice and do what I say…the more pressure I put on her, the more likely she is to eventually do the right thing.” Yeah, that’s really worked in the past, hasn’t it?

Did Jackson Go To Doctor To Get High?

According to TMZ, a driver for Michael Jackson revealed that the deceased superstar visited the offices of dermatologist Dr. Arnold Klein several times a week during his last months. The employee claimed each visit lasted three to four hours and ended with Jackson emerging looking disoriented.
These photos show Jackson leaving Dr. Klein’s office in late May—a little over a month before his death— looking stoned out of his mind. What do you think?

Did Michael Take 50 Pills A Day?

There are still no results to the autopsies performed on Michael Jackson, but several doctors who treated the star are coming under fire as more information leaks out about the last months of his life.
The National Enquirer quotes police sources revealing the King of Pop was regularly taking more than 30 different types of drugs “for a variety of real and imagined” ailments. The source dished, “Incredible as it may sound, investigators estimate Jackson ingested a staggering 10,000 pills in the final six months of his life. He was literally living on drugs.”
As much as we’d like to believe this is an exaggeration, there is the problem of that pharmacy bill Jackson ran up for more than $100,000 for prescription drugs in only two years, and his treatment for addiction to prescription pain killers back in the 90s.
The biggest question to come out of all the recent revelations about Jackson’s drug abuse is —why wasn’t anyone there to help him?
