Nicole Hospitalized For Pneumonia
Wednesday, November 18th, 2009New mom Nicole Richie is being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for pneumonia. The star’s rep told US Weekly, “Nicole has checked into Ceders Sinai where she is being treated for pneumonia. She is doing well.” Hope this isn’t serious, since there are a lot of bugs going around right now. Nicole may be a bit run down after giving birth to two babies in only 20 months. Take care of yourself, Nicole, and get well soon!

Miley Tours Despite Throat Pain
Wednesday, September 30th, 2009Miley Cyrus has just started her Wonder World tour, but is already having problems.
The tween queen has been hit was a case of strep throat that forced her to take a 15 minute break from her show in Salt Lake City on Tuesday night. So far, Miley has not cancelled any shows and is scheduled to play in Omaha tonight. The very busy “Hannah Montana” star spent all summer filming the movie “The Last Song,” has a new EP out and has done a teen-trendy clothing line for Walmart. Now she’s on tour, and still has to film the final season of “Hannah Montana.”
The hard-working 16-year-old told People, “I’m a little tired I will admit but I’m just taking it easy when I can and take care of myself.” Isn’t it time Miley took a break?

Dennis Hopper Hospitalized
Wednesday, September 30th, 2009A Hollywood icon has been hospitalized in the midst of a busy media tour.
Dennis Hopper, the 73-year-old veteran actor and filmmaker, was taken to a New York City hospital Wednesday suffering from what the AP has described as “stomach ailments usually associated with the flu.” Hopper was in the Big Apple to do press for the Starz TV show “Crash,” in which he plays a music producer.

Michael Jackson Dies
Thursday, June 25th, 2009Legendary pop superstar Michael Jackson has been rushed to UCLA Medical Center, reportedly in cardiac arrest. The singer is believed to have suffered a heart attack in his home around noon. Jackson was scheduled to begin a series of concert dates in London on July 13.

UPDATE: The LA Times has confirmed that Michael Jackson has died at the age of 50.
