Paris Prepares For Piglet

Last week, it was revealed that Paris Hilton has ordered a new pet—a “Royal Dandie” miniature pig to be named “Princess Pigelette.” Last night, the reality star dished to US magazine about her new acquisition.
“It’s a girl! I found this really great breeder that makes tiny teacup ones.” Where did Paris get the idea to adopt a pig? “My brother [Barron] has one. It loves the dogs. They’re smarter than dogs.” And the dogs are smarter than Paris’s brother, but that’s another story.
The heiress insists she’s a wonderful pet mommy. “I treat my pets like children. I think it’s a lot better for the pig to be home with me than be made into bacon.” Uh, Paris, this pig sells for $4,500 and weighs just a few ounces. That would be very expensive bacon.

Jessica Speaks Out On Daisy

A grieving Jessica Simpson has finally broken her silence about losing her beloved Maltipoo, Daisy, who was snatched by a coyote last month.
At a QVC event in NYC, Jess told US magazine, “I hold her memory very, very close. It was an unfortunate thing what happened. That I don’t have her every day… It’s a very hard thing to talk about.” The singer is open to bringing a new pup into her life. “I haven’t really thought about another dog yet, but maybe sometime. [Daisy] would want that.”
Jessica was totally devoted to Daisy and pampered her like crazy, so she has a lot of love to give another lucky pooch. It won’t be that surprising if her family and friends surprise Jess with a furry little bundle under the Christmas tree this year!

A Pig For Paris

Look out, Tinkerbell! You and the rest of the pampered Hilton pups are about to get some company. TMZ reports Paris Hilton has ordered a Royal Dandie™ miniature pig to add to her menagerie.
The tiny oinker will be named “Princess Pigelette,” and should be arriving at the Hilton home in 4-5 weeks. Fortunately for whoever does Paris’ housekeeping, little PP is already toilet trained. For $4,500, it should be.
Wonder if those pricey pet boutiques in Beverly Hills have outfits for piglets?
