They’ve had their ups and downs as a couple, but it looks like Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush are serious this time around. E! reports both are selling their pads so they can buy a new love nest together!
While Kim’s condo has been on the market for a while, now her beau’s crib is also up for sale—for $5.1 million. A source blabbed to E!, “They are looking for a bigger place to live together.” Bigger than Reggie’s four bed-five bath mansion? That will be some major piece of real estate!

Joel And Nicole Head For The Hills

Parents-to-be (again) Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have been looking for the prefect home to raise their growing family, and found it in the Hollywood Hills.
The pair, who welcomed daughter Harlow last year and are expecting another little one this summer, have sprung about two mil on a four bedroom, five-and-a-half bath home in Laurel Canyon. The home is described as having “Soaring ceilings w/ huge sky dome adds dramatic sunlight. Full guesthouse becomes screening theatre. Marvelous eat-in kitchen. Lagoon pool features Key West cantina.”
Sounds like a fun crib for a young family! Nicole certainly has the taste to decorate her new home in style.

Madonna Moves Uptown

After months of looking, Madonna’s finally found the perfect NYC crib for her family—on the Upper East Side.
The NY Post says the pop superstar has purchased a four-story, Georgian-style townhouse on East 81st Street for about $40 million. The home boasts 13 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a two-car garage, a 3,000-square- foot garden, nine fireplaces, an elevator and a wine cellar with a grotto.
Sounds like Madonna will have lots of room for more kids—if she can find a country that will let her adopt them.

Now is not the greatest time to be trying to sell your multi-million-dollar home—just ask the famous names who’ve seen their pricey real estate linger on the market for months.
But the LA Times reports former Spice Girl Melanie Brown was lucky enough to unload her swanky Hollywood Hills pad for a cool $3.14 million, after listing it late last month for $2,999,999.
Real estate agent Charmaine DeGraté told the Times, “Given the current economic and real estate markets in Los Angeles, Melanie and Stephen [Belafonte] are delighted. They plan on expanding their family and will need a larger home.”
Since the last house had has four bedrooms and four baths, they must be planning to do quite a bit of “expanding!”

The Afflecks Buy New Digs

Their family just got bigger, so Ben Affleck and wife Jennifer Garner have purchased a bigger spread for themselves and daughters Violet and Serafina.
RadarOnline reports the A-list couple will be moving into producer Brian Grazer’s former home in Pacific Palisades, which was listed for $24 million. The mansion has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and four fireplaces, a separate building containing an art studio, office, and a gym, plus a guest house.
That’s lot of house! Could Ben and Jen be planning on adding more kids to their brood in the future?
