Despite the lackluster reception the first single off her new album received, Paris was still in a great mood yesterday as she took a little shopping trip to Maxfield’s in West Hollywood. And since boyfriend Benji wasn’t around, Paris actually wore a color other than black and flashed a smile! But she did wear a diamond skull ring and matching diamond watch in honor of her color challenged boyfriend!

Barney’s of New York in Beverly Hills seems to be the place to be seen lately. Jessica Alba spent some time shopping the isles of Barney’s the other day looking more like she’s in mourning than enjoying being a new mother. Even if she is in mourning, she sure looks good doing it.

The guys caught up with Reese Witherspoon at Barney’s of New York in Beverly Hills the other day. Obviously we’re not sure who she was shopping for but we’d like to think she was shopping for boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal who’s currently filming Prince of Persia in Morocco. What’s up with Reese’s necklace? Is that a pair of swimming goggles? What’ll they think of next?

Marcia Cross picked up some bed sheets yesterday at Willams Sonoma in Beverly Hills yesterday. Probably a bit more exciting for her than it sounds as she left the kids at home for her shopping jaunt. Of all the Desperate Housewives, Marcia’s character Bree has always been my favorite but I have to say, I only watched the first couple seasons, then that black guy they had chained up in the basement killed that one white girl, I was done shortly after that.
