Rosie O’Donnell has been denying rumors of problems in her relationship with longtime love Kelli Carpenter, but she’s finally let it slip that the pair are over—and she’s replaced her ex with a dog!
People reports that on her Sirius Satellite radio show, O’Donnell admitted that Carpenter actually moved out of their home two years ago, and three days later the comic brought home a long-haired Chihuahua named Misty. O’Donnell told pet psychic Sonya Fitzpatrick, “What happened [was] when Kelli moved out two years ago, I got the dog. Because I wanted another child or something to love. And I got the dog.” Well, at least the pooch can’t sue for galimony.

Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst has filed for divorce from wife Esther Nazarov, ending a marriage that lasted less than six weeks. TMZ reports the papers filed in L.A. County Superior Court claim the couple split due to “irreconcilable differences.”
Durst, who has a daughter from his first marriage and a son from another relationship, announced their separation on Twitter September 28. When a marriage goes south before all the bills have arrived from the wedding, you have to wonder what went wrong. Did the couple even get to know each other before rushing to the altar?

TMZ reports the papers filed last week cite “irreconcilable differences.” The pair officially split September 4, after three years of marriage, but rumors of a rift have been circulating for months. Given the downturn in the careers of both parties, good luck trading up next time.

The past few weeks have been very rough for Janet Jackson, as she continues to mourn the sudden death of her brother Michael. But now, it’s been revealed that she also has a broken romance to deal with.
Janet’s longtime boyfriend, music-exec Jermaine Dupri, was conspicuously absent from Michael Jackson’s memorial service and funeral. Now a source has dished to Us Weekly, ”His friends are telling people it’s over.”
What caused the split? A mutual friend stated, “You shouldn’t mix business with pleasure. Janet felt their lives were too crossed and they should have kept things separate.”
We hope Janet can find a good man to console her at this difficult time, when she must be feeling very much alone.
