Charlie Called From Jail – Collect

Charlie Sheen’s ex Denise Richards was on “Oprah” today, and revealed some details about his Christmas Day arrest in Aspen for assaulting current wife Brooke Mueller. The mom of two girls by the actor said, “I got a call on Christmas—a collect call from Charlie, “ who told his ex he “didn’t want the day to go by without him saying ‘Merry Christmas’ to the girls.” Denise insisted, “Charlie and I are in a great place right now,” but later added, “I can’t control what Charlie does. Keep my girls safe, that is my goal.”
Given the beating she received from the media during her bitter divorce from the star, Denise could be forgiven for gloating over his current problems, but she simply stated, “It’s sad, this is a sad situation.” It’s hard to argue with that—what could be sadder than getting a call from your dad in jail on Christmas?

Denise Promises To “Spill Her Guts”

Charlie Sheen went out of his way to make Denise Richards look like the villain in their dirty divorce, but the actress is getting the last laugh now. Over the weekend, she was spotted in a park with Sam and Lola, her two adorable daughters by Charlie, while her ex was facing domestic abuse charges leveled by his third wife, Brooke Mueller.
Denise has pretty much maintained her silence about life with Charlie, but now she has posted this on her Twitter: “one day..I will spill my guts about EVERYTHING.” Uh-oh, Charlie! You may have more than one angry babymama to deal with soon!

Charlie’s Girls OK After Crash

Divorced parents Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen are holding their daughters a little closer this holiday after they escaped injury in an auto accident. Sam, 4, and Lola, 3, were riding in Malibu with their nanny at the wheel of a Mercedes SUV when they were cut off by another driver. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lt. Richard Erickson told E! News:
“The accident happened yesterday at 3:28 p.m. when a car pulled out from a side street before traffic was clear. The car pulled into the path of the car that contained the Sheen children.”
The driver who caused the accident was cited for failure to yield. Sheen’s rep Stan Rosenfield gave a statement to E! News:
“I spoke to Charlie and the girls are fine. He is very grateful because the accident could have been worse. He was very grateful the girls were in their car seats and for the safety features of Mercedes.”

Denise Richards Gets More “Complicated”

Surprisingly, the E! network has ordered a second season of “Denise Richards: It’s Complicated.” It’s surprising because the first season from the fading starlet/former trophy wife slid so badly in the ratings as it went on. After another season of being dragged out and put on display, her two daughters by Charlie Sheen are really going to need therapy.
