Britney Shows For Her No-Show

Britney was due in court this morning for an emergency hearing that she requested to reinstate visitation with her children under modified rules. The pop star turned up only to leave before she had her chance to testify. It is now being reported that Britney and her lawyers have failed to convince Commissioner Scott Gordon to allow therapeutic visitation. How much was Britney’s no show a factor? Probably not much short term, but long term, it only adds to the mountain that Britney is making out of her mole hill.

Mark Vincent Kaplan Press Conference

Kevin Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan just spoke to reporters outside of court. Despite earlier reports, Britney was NOT ordered to appear in court today… so yeah, don’t we feel silly! But not to make light of the situation, after testimony from 5 witnesses who were present the night of Britney’s infamous ambulance ride, Britney was not allowed to have visitation restored until at least February 19.

Ménage à Troi At The Gaucho Grill

Can you believe this? Britney, Adnan and Sam had lunch at the Gaucho Grill today right in the midst of Britney’s court drama. How do you think the conversation went? What the hell do they talk about? There’s so much material here I don’t know where to begin but I can imagine lunch involves Adnan and Sam throwing dirty looks at each other when Britney’s not looking.
That Adnan sure is a snappy dresser. Perhaps he’ll rub off on Britney’s fashion sense, I mean, he’s got to start somewhere. And look at the first picture of Sam. Who do you think the infamous ‘Britney insider’ is waving at? Let’s see where those pictures wind up. We’ll have video of Brit’s lunch date later, so keep checking back.

Update 5: Wow. What a day Britney. I’m starting to think that there might indeed be something wrong with our Britters. But seriously, Britney is now back home after having lunch at Gaucho Grill for the second day in a row. I’ve never eaten at Gaucho Grill nor have I ever eaten lunch at the same place two days in a row so they must have some kickin’ salsa or something for Britney to be back for the second day. Check back soon for pictures.
Update 4: So Britney’s not completely out out of it. Apparently, she decided that she needed some help from Jesus, which is always a good place to start. Britney stopped by a Church where she made a brief stop before heading off for a bite to eat. Stay tuned.
Update 3: So here’s what we know. Brit’s lost her frickin’ mind. Apparently, once Brit arrived to court, she stepped outside and I guess she didn’t like what she saw so she jumped back in her car. She is now on her way home. Yes, that’s right folks, Britney showed up for a couple seconds and is now high-tailing it back home. C’mon Adnan, try help this girl help herself.
Update 2: So we’re hearing that Britney is now in the courthouse. She had some trouble getting in and from what we understand Britney and the Sheriff’s department weren’t being cooperative with each other.
Update: Britney has done the unthinkable! She is trying to enter the courthouse but she’s trying to avoid going through the media frenzy that’s waiting for her. She by passed the media barricades and is trying to enter through the back! We’ll get pictures up soon, so keep checking back.
Britney’s on her way to court and this time Sam’s driving her! We’ll keep you posted as soon as the details come in and of course we’ll get the pictures to you soon.

Britney’s 13 Minutes Of Hell

It seems like this girl does nothing normal. Britney was late as usual, arriving at 11:20 a.m., almost two-hours late! Britney arrived at K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan’s office with her assistant Carla and the proceedings lasted about 13 minutes, ending at the scheduled time of 11:45 a.m. Kaplan later gave a statement to reporters saying that another deposition has been scheduled and he hasn’t decided to seek sanctions against Britney and her as yet unexcused lawyers, Trope & Trope, for her tardiness. Well, at least she showed up this time but odds are she’ll only be one-hour late next time.
