The Beckhams Show Some Spice Love

See, these darn Spice Girls are so darn supportive of each other, it could make a miser love to give. Or something like that. David and his Spice girl wife, Victoria (Posh for all the Spicers) also spent some time at the Mint last night to watch Mel C’s sold out show. We’re wondering if Scary and Posh sat next to each other and caught up on gossip. And did David and Mel B’s husband chit chat the night away about random stuff like guys usually do when their wives are BFF’s and they’re only there because they’re the husbands. Ah, so many things to think about during the weekend. The Beckhams seem to have acclimated to Hollywood and have been active in the social scene. They’re Bending It For Beckham

Okay, so David Beckham’s fans in New Zealand are a bit overzealous when it comes to his goodies. And they’re not really bending it for him, but they’re bending the laws of sanity just a wee bit. David and his new team the L.A. Galaxy were in New Zealand for an exhibition game last week and fans have gathered a lot of his leftovers to auction on the internet. And when we say leftovers, we’re not talking about turkey legs you can make soup with. One item is an uneaten french fry (yes, just one fry) that he supposedly dropped while walking in a Wellington street. Other items include a fork and spoon, as well as a half-eaten corn cob and an almost empty bottle of Coca-Cola. Wow. We thought Britney’s hair scraps on the floor when she shaved herself landing on the internet was crazy, but this is another form of fan-dom. That’s not even a word, but we’ll go with it. I guess we can’t say much more than congratulations to Mr. Beckham - for having the scrappiest fans in the world. Wow, that was a lame joke. We apologize.
