Despite having a child and living together, Joel Madden and Nicole Richie’s relationship got even more serious over the weekend when they went car shopping together. Say what you will about a child bringing a couple closer, it’s test driving a Range Rover together that may seal the deal for this couple. I expect these two lovebirds to get married any day now.

I’m not sure how much someone could possibly learn from this much schooling but Nicol Richie once again went to traffic school yesterday. She’s been going so long, she should be teaching the class by now, don’t you think? At least Nicole’s not resting on her fashion laurels. She looks more like she’s going to the club than traffic school. Or maybe it’s a new combo traffic school/dance clubs. They’ve got comedy, bikini and topless traffic schools, why not dance clubs?

Nicole Richie and her baby daddy Joel Madden met up with her mom at the Diane Von Furstenberg shop in West Hollywood yesterday for a little shopping and back patting. Of course, no trip to Melrose can go without a quick stop at the Madden Bros. DCMA shop. Check out Nicole’s mother Brenda Harvey-Richie below. I can’t say for sure what she’s drinking but still, classic.
