Shia Cleared On Crash

Transformers star Shia LaBeouf has been cleared of any wrongdoing for the early-morning car crash he was involved in on Sunday, reports the Associated Press. Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said that detectives have found that the other driver involved ran a red light and will be charged. Shia was with his Transformers co-star Isabel Lucas, who was not injured in the crash. He was arrested for misdemeanor DUI Sunday morning and is currently recovering from an extensive hand surgery. He should be back filming the sequel in about a month. Shia graces Details Magazine’s September cover and he opened up about his drinking issues. “I don’t know how to do it like a gentleman,” he commented. “I don’t know how to have one drink.” Well, let’s hope Sunday’s mayhem will shed a little light on Shia and that he’ll get the help he needs.

My, my, my. Shia LaBeouf seems to be in a bit of trouble. Look at the state of his truck. That truck was sitting on it’s roof, y’know, completely upside down, on the corner of La Brea and Fountain early Sunday morning. What a mess. Shia has undergone what it said to be extensive surgery on his left hand which he injured in the crash along with a banged up knee. Shia’s female passenger was reported to have crawled out of the wreckage, only sustaining minor injuries. Thankfully, the driver in the car that was involved in the accident with Shia had only minor injuries as well. Shia’s had some other recent drunken drama and he’s slowly starting to become the nicest bad boy in Hollywood. Check out the video below.
Khloe Going To The Chokey

The funniest Kardashian sister is going to jail. Khloe Kardashian, Kim’s younger sis, is heading to jail for violating probation stemming from a DUI arrest last year. Her arrest was shown in an episode of their E! reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kim took to her blog to talk about the situation and had a message for fans: “I urge people to learn from the mistakes of others. Please drink responsibly, and it’s never acceptable to drink and drive!” Khloe will have to surrender on Friday and possibly face up to 30 days in jail. With overcrowding, there’s a good chance she’ll be released early. She will also have to enroll in an alcohol treatment program — one of the terms of probation she failed to complete — within three weeks of her release. She will also remain on probation. She’s definitely not going to spend all 30 days in the slammer, but hopefully she’s learned her lesson.
Mischa’s PR Do Their Job

According to PageSix.com, Mischa Barton has canceled her scheduled hosting duties for the Las Vegas club opening of Cathouse. Mischa’s management team has been putting in some O.T. trying to control the aftermath of her recent DUI and narcotics arrest. It’s no big surprise that Mischa’s people thought that being seen dancing around a bunch of drunk people a few days after her arrest would look bad in the judges eye. Expect Mischa to voluntarily enter rehab in the next few weeks ala Lindsay Lohan as I’m sure her PR peeps are studying up on how Lindsay managed to walk away from her mess with a slap on the wrist.

We’ve got exclusive video of Cisco’s deep and insightful thoughts on Mischa’s arrest and Nicole Richie’s pregnancy. I know I had some fun at Cisco’s expense earlier but after watching this video, I’ve concluded that my preconceived notions about the guy were pretty accurate. We caught up with Cisco last night in St. Louis, where he played with his band Whitestar at the opening night for the Home St. Louis Night Club.
