Eva Does Saks

It’s a day of Eva’s today, but this time we have Eva Longoria trying to figure out which pair of shoes to buy at Saks in New York City. Okay, I’m sure she can probably afford to buy more than a pair, but she looks a bit confused in these pictures. It also looks like she has a Christian Louboutin pair in front of her that she’s ignoring. For shame. And is that her buddy next to her or a Saks sales person? He’s very casual with his clients if he was a sales clerk, but I really doubt Saks employees are that chill. At any rate, just buy a pair of heels and a pair of boots, Eva. That’s my advice. There’s still a lot of cold winter weather left, so the boots will come in handy. Good times.

So I’m not fully on board the name change yet. It’s going to take a while to get used to the additional sur-name. Am I supposed to hyphenate it, too? I’ll have to ask around but I don’t think it’ll matter much to PETA once they get Eva in their sights. Remember when PETA created the monnikers ‘The Trollsen Twins’ for Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen? I can imagine what they’ll do to Eva’s name already. Probably Eva Fangoria or something like that. I doubt even PETA will use her new last name! Eva’s Mom And Daughter Time

These pictures were probaby taken just before her Over My Dead Body premiere last night, but they’re definitely worth a glance. Eva Longoria was out and about with her mom yesterday and the two had a special spa day at the Ken Paves Salon in Beverly Hills. Ken Paves, hairstylist to the stars, is a good friend of Eva’s. She and her mom were all smiles and its a well known fact that Eva’s very close to her family. Corpus Christi-born Eva is every bit a down home Texas girl. She was a huge San Antonio Spurs fan even before she met her husband, Tony Parker. She recently got a tattoo of his playing number (9). The Desperate Housewives star and her basketball playing husband had to deal with some ugly rumors at the end of last year claiming Tony cheated on her with a French model. Tony retaliated by suing another photo agency, X-17, for reporting the false claim. I haven’t heard any updates on the lawsuit, but I’ll definitely give y’all more details when they come. Do you see that happy-ass picture of Eva Longoria and hubby Tony Parker? That’s exactly what it’s going to look like in their household when they get that check for $20 million from X-17. I may be getting ahead of myself, but a story from Huffingtonpost.com is claiming that the French model Parker allegedly had an affair with is a classic fraud. Uh-oh…this doesn’t look peachy-keen for the photo agency. Maybe they shouldn’t have believed the first French accent they heard. I knew there was a reason why Tony Parker so confidently started the lawsuit - he knew he’d be getting a nice little after-Christmas bonus. And the story gets more interesting. Alexandra Paressant, the alleged other woman, targeted another famous athlete before. She claimed Brazilian soccer superstar Ronaldinho was her ex-fiancee and she told the French press about their wild and crazy sexual escapades. Ah, the woman sounds troubled and she could probably use a good dose of loony medication. I don’t know whether to feel sorry for her or X-17. Ah, the tangled web we weave, especially when we want to publish an exclusive story. Y’all just bought Eva Longoria a new house in Miami. Maybe they’ll invite you to the housewarming.
