Sarah Michelle’s Happy She Waited To Be A Mom

Sarah Michelle Gellar is a first-time mom at the age of 32, and she’s glad she waited this long. The actress told People, “Becoming a parent is the most selfless act, and you need to be at a point in your life where you can give up anything and everything for a child. I don’t know if you know how to that when you’re in your 20s.”
Husband Freddie Prinze Jr. agrees, adding “I’m so happy we didn’t have kids in our 20s – I just didn’t know a thing. You have so much more patience in your 30s, and I feel like I appreciate this so much more.”
Little Charlotte Grace arrived on Sept. 19, and her mom is obviously besotted by their bundle of joy. “Every day I look at her and I am in awe.”

That’s going to be one cute baby! A source close to Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. has confirmed to People that the pair are expecting their first child in the fall, and says “They’re very excited.”
The couple have been married six years and made several films together including “I Know What You Did Last Summer,” ”I Still Know What You Did Last Summer” and “Scooby-Doo.”
