Happy Birthday, Selma Blair! I loved you in Hellboy (and soon on Hellboy 2), but you were just super lovely on Cruel Intentions. Yes, I went back to 1999, but we still heart that movie so. Selma turns 36 today and she’s definitely representing women in their 30s very well. Good times. Other celebrants today on this lovely Monday:

Vanessa’s New Ride

We’re guessing the bouquet of flowers from the paparazzis were not enough for her 19th birthday, so Vanessa got herself a brand new ride. Yeehaw! Excuse the cowboy reference because she got an Audi and not a horse, but it was a good idea when I typed it out. Okay, back to Vanessa’s new whip. I think it’s absolutely adorable that she’s driving around her new car with her moms. You can tell the two are very close and her mom probably made sure she got all the extras in the car so she’ll be comfortable when she’s commuting. I wonder what Vanessa’s mom thinks of Zac. And does Vanessa’s mom cook Filipino food for her and Zac (Vanessa’s half-Filipino)? Ah, that might be too many questions on the first day back to work after the weekend. Vanessa celebrates her 19th birthday today and the Paps assigned to her pooled some dough together and bought flowers for the birthday girl. So don’t ever say photogs don’t care about celebrities, because they really do. Vanessa looked beautiful and happy on her birthday, giving us a huge smile as a thank you. She’ll probably spend some time with beau Zac Efron tonight to celebrate. I wonder what Zac bought Vanessa. Young men like Zac are usually a bit more on the romantic side with their girlfriends post-high school, so they really try their best to buy something elaborate. It’s like their first ‘adult’ relationship and it’s absolutely adorable. Well, whatever he buys Vanessa I’m sure she’ll be ecstatic. And lucky you because we have video available of Vanessa on her special day. Enjoy that and the pics, and hug your local paparazzi today.
