UPDATE: US Weekly is claiming Heidi has not had the baby yet. RadarOnline, Fox News, Perez Hilton and the Huffington Post say she has. There has been no statement from Heidi’s PR.

UPDATE: E! News has confirmed that Heidi gave birth to Lou Sulola Samuel on Friday evening.

Heidi Klum is planning to trade her world-famous name for something more family friendly—her husband’s.

TMZ reports the supermodel filed documents in L.A. Superior Court this week to change her name to that of her husband, singer Seal. Since his entire handle is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel, that will likely make her Heidi Samuel, but don’t look for anything official until a judge okays the change.

As Heidi’s due to deliver a new addition to the family any day now, she’ll be carrying on the family name in more ways than one!

According to the AP, Seal revealed the happy news on today’s segment of “The Oprah Winfrey” show. The new addition will join big bros Henry and Johan, and older sis Leni. If she takes after mom, that’s going to be one gorgeous little girl!

Many people have been rethinking their travel plans since the outbreak of the swine flu epidemic. Now happily expectant couple Heidi Klum and Seal have had to cancel their fourth-anniversary trip to Mexico.

Life&Style reports the pair, who were wed May 10, 2005, have made annual trips to renew their wedding vows in Costa Careyes, Mexico, but will instead be celebrating closer to home. An insider revealed, “Heidi was worried about border closings and her three small children, and of course, she’s pregnant.”

Heidi’s rep confirmed, ”Heidi and Seal have decided to renew their vows at home in LA this year.” When you have three little kids and are expecting another, you can’t be too careful.

E! reports that the supermodel is four months pregnant with her third child by husband Seal. The couple are already parents to Henry Günther Ademola Dashtu Samuel, 3, Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel, 2, and Helene “Leni” Klum, 5, by Heidi’s previous relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore.

Heidi will return to shooting “Project Runway” this summer in NYC. Congrats to the busy mom-to-be!

I’m not sure what to make of Heidi Klum’s “photoshoot” held the other day on Rodeo Drive in the heart of Beverly HIlls. For one thing, the photographer didn’t seem to mind that paps, Heidi’s bodyguard and the mask wearing creepy kids were in the shot. Perhaps I’m not avant garde enough to grasp their objective, all I know is we got some awesome and creepy video to show you because of it.

It takes a small army to get Heidi Klum ready for the cameras. The supermodel was back on the streets of Beverly Hills yesterday, doing a photo shoot for German Vogue.
