Maybe Heidi Montag better look for a Plan B, since her career as a pop star isn’t working out too well. Her debut album “Superficial” was released last week, and sold a pathetic 658 copies. That means the band playing the bar down the street and selling copies of their album from the trunk of their car can sell more than Heidi. Since “The Hills” star claims to have spent close to $2 million recording the album, Team Speidi better look for some high-paying gigs to make up for this debacle.

Janice Defends Heidi’s Doc

Aging model Janice Dickenson and “The Hills” starlet Heidi Montag weren’t exactly best buds when the did the reality show “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here” last summer, but they have one thing in common—their plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan. The surgeon has been criticized for so drastically altering Heidi’s appearance with 10 surgeries in one day, but Janice totally stuck up for him when she talked to RadarOnline.
“Frank is an amazing surgeon. For anyone to accuse him of any wrongdoing just totally shows their ignorance. He is an amazing man and people don’t know the half of what he does. He gives millions each year in pro-bono working on ghetto kids and is one of the most humble and conservative surgeons in Hollywood today. For him to carry out work on Heidi he obviously saw the need for it.” Janice seems to think Heidi had a definite need for all that work.
“Heidi was a plain dowdy girl before the surgeries. She’s a rural mountain girl that wasn’t blessed with great genes. The reason I became a Supermodel was because of my genetics, I was lucky, I was born that way. To be a great beauty you need symmetry, and that was something that she, and Doctor Ryan, obviously thought she was lacking. Heidi is trying to muscle herself into branding herself, she’s earning, like, 1.2 million a year on ‘the Hills,’ she’s looking to launch a range of shampoos and fragrances, she’s branching out, and she wants to look her best. Heidi has bought into the microcosm that plastic is best. And she’s going out of her way to improve all those things she thinks need improvement.”
Does that mean Heidi will look as unnatural as Janice when she’s 50? I hope not!

Audrina Hopes Heidi’s Happy

Heidi Montag of “The Hills” is getting more press for her $30,000 plastic surgery overhaul than for her debut album, which dropped this week. Given the album’s reviews, that’s probably a good thing, but the comments about her new Barbie doll look haven’t been that positive, either.
Heidi’s co-star Audrina Patridge tried to be upbeat when asked by People about Heidi’s laundry list of procedures. “I haven’t seen how she looks, so it’s hard for me to comment on it, but these are her decisions, and as long as Heidi is happy, that’s all that matters.”
Audrina also denied having had any cosmetic surgery of her own, but I can think of two big reasons why that’s hard to believe.

Unpaid Heidi Skips Bash For Sis

“The Hills” star Heidi Montag was conspicuously absent from sis Holly’s birthday party at Hollywood hotspot Empire on Saturday, but not because she had pressing career business that evening. The more famous Montag was invited to the soiree, but refused to show because her sibling refused to pay for her presence!
A source dished to Fox News, “Holly was really wishing that her sister could just be a sister and stop by her birthday party, but Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid. I mean, this is her sister and she wouldn’t even show up without a fee. That’s disgusting.”
Yes, but not surprising from half of Speidi, Inc. Too bad Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Pratt didn’t make the bash, since another of their relatives could have used a ride home.

No Speidi Spawn – For Now

It’s a relief to hear that newlyweds Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are already having problems in the bedroom, because the last thing we need is a Speidi spawn.
When the pair appeared on “The View” today, Pratt revealed he’s been avoiding sex with his wife because he’s afraid she’ll get pregnant. Aren’t there better ways to do that? Pratt claimed, “She [says] she is not going to tell me she is going to go off her birth control.”
Wifey Heidi stated she wanted babies “sooner than later,” because “My mom was a young mom,” despite her husband’s insistence that he doesn’t want any. Of course, given Spencer’s level of maturity, he wants to be the pampered baby in this relationship.
