Lunch Date

Our photogs caught up with Hilary Duff and boyfriend Mike Comrie as they were leaving a restaurant in Los Angeles yesterday. Mike was in a cast and I’m wondering what happened to him. And why isn’t Hilary helping him out? From the pics, it looks like she’s nowhere near him. Maybe she was supporting from afar. Yes, that sometimes works. Anyway, Hilary’s new movie, War, Inc. is out in theaters. I’ve heard decent reviews about the movie, so it might be worth a matinee viewing. Hil also just finished filming Greta, an interracial love story, co-starring Diana Ross’ son, Evan Ross. Check out other pics of Hil and Mike at their lunch date below.
Taking Mom For A Stroll

Hilary Duff and boyfriend Mike Comrie took Hil’s mom for a little Mother’s Day walk yesterday. It looked like Mike and the mom had a lot to talk about. It’s nice that Mike’s making an effort to get to know HIlary’s family. Looks pretty serious to us. Hilary used to date Nicole Richie’s boy, Joel Madden. The two were hot and heavy for a while. Hil’s only, what, 20 years old? She’s still a very young woman, but she seems to like long-term relationships. She doesn’t seem the type to want to party it up with a bunch of boys. I wouldn’t be surprised if she got married in the next couple of years. Maybe that’s what Mike’s chatting with mom about.

We haven’t seen her in a while, so it was nice to catch up wtih Hilary Duff yesterday, as she shopped in Beverly Hills. Our photog caught her leaving H. Lorenzo and she looked a bit harried. What is Hilary up to lately? Well, she’s working on a bunch of movies this year, including War, Inc. , a political satire with John Cusack and Greta, which is a mixed-race love story. Oooh, juicy. I don’t know. I have nothing juicy to report about Hil, except that she and boyfriend Mike Comrie are doing well. That’s a good thing. Now, I have more pictures of Hilary below for your perusal. Where have I been since Hilary turned the legal age of 18? We caught up with Hilary after a business lunch in Beverly Hills yesterday and my goodness has she grown up. Hilary was looking business chic as she exited the restaurant in a short dress and heels. Heh heh, look at me trying to talk fashion! OK, I’ll quit now and leave the fashion stuff to Haydee and just show you the pictures.

Hilary Likes Them Pies

Taking advantage of the big semi-annual pie sale at Marie Callender’s, Hilary Duff got herself a little take-out action from the chain restaurant. Okay, I don’t really see her with a big box of pie, but I’m sure she had a slice when she was in there. Hilary looks like a peach or key lime pie kind of girl to me, but she can also surprise me and end up liking rhubarb pie or something. But I digress. Hilary is basically Miley Ray Cyrus’ predecessor. She was Hannah Montana five years ago, selling out concerts and merchandise to her massive tween fans. Hilary still sells out tour dates, of course, but she’s definitely in a transition period in her career. If she doesn’t get a DUI in the next few years, I will consider her transistion a success.
