Jennifer’s Cast Call

Even with a cast on her right ankle, Jennifer Love Hewitt braved a little walk to her parent’s Toluca Lake home with fiance Ross McCall this weekend. The Ghost Whisperer star reportedly sustained the injury while filming the show and will be out of commission for at least ten days. She recently had to deny that she was pregnant and showed up at the Late Night with Craig Ferguson show in a form-fitting babydoll dress. Jennifer and her fiance have yet to set a wedding date, but she has been quoted as saying that she’d like a very small and intimate wedding. Just invite the paps and save on paying for a photographer, Jen!
Going Out With The Ghost Whisperer

Our photogs caught up with Jennifer Love Hewitt and fiance Ross McCall out in Beverly Hills yesterday entering an undisclosed office building. These two always smile for the cameras, I noticed. Seriously - I haven’t seen one picture of Jennifer and Ross trying to shoo away photographers or hiding behind a blanket or something. Anyway, Jenn’s looking pretty happy these days and hopefully she’s left those nasty comments from last year behind her. The nasty comments I talk of are the really cruel ones about a picture of her not looking so sexy in a bikini during a vacation, or something like that. Yes, Hollywood is very cold when it comes to actresses and their weight, as much as it likes to pretend it isn’t. JLove did comment back and got a lot of other female celebs supporting her. I still like you in those Hanes commercials, Jenn! At any rate, she’s looking like a happy camper these days and I have more pics of her smiling like crazy for your perusal. Enjoy.
Hewitt Says No To Hefner

It really has been a busy winter for Jennifer Love Hewitt. First, news of her engagement to boyfriend Ross McCall surfaced. And of course there were those pesky bikini pics of her on vacation in Hawaii, which made its way to the internet, with not so favorable commentary. JLove stood up to the negative comments and garnered support from a lot of women in Hollywood (and around the country, I’m sure). And now, another news tidbit about the future Mrs. McCall. Jennifer has reportedly turned down an offer from Playboy to do a pictorial. Some folks are wondering why she turned the offer down, since she does Hanes commercials in undies and not much else. Well, she turned it down because…I really don’t know. It’s her prerogative and she probably needs some time to plan her wedding. Besides, she doesn’t seem like the type of woman who needs to bare it all to prove she’s got a hot bod (that’s a given - she’s still hot). So, good for you Jennifer! Save the private pictorial for the honeymoon with your hubby.
Hanes Doesn’t Mind Her Curves

If Hanes doesn’t mind her curves and puts out all sorts of sexy commercials with her in their underthings, then why should we judge? Everyone has their opinions on the Jennifer Love Hewitt weight thing, which is ridiculous because the woman is tiny. We congratulated her last week on her engagement but more attention’s been given to a picture of her on vacation in Hawaii where she shows a little cellulite (while in a bikini). She defended herself via her own website and a lot of other female celebrities, including Rosario Dawson and Petra Nemcova, have been giving her props and support for speaking out. JLove seems like a very grounded chica and pretty darn happy with herself. There are a lot of haters out there and she’s probably learned to be thick-skinned, especially being in the limelight. Life’s too short not to have a cheeseburger and we know Jennifer is going to be just fine.
J Love Got More Than Leftovers On Thanksgiving

Forget turkey soup and mashed potato snack cakes from Thanskgiving leftovers for Jennifer Love Hewitt, coz’ homegirl got an engagement ring instead. The Ghost Whisperer star got a special antique ring from her boyfriend of two years, Ross McCall. Remember Jennifer when she was in Party of Five? She was supposed to be a guest star on the show and she practically took over the damn series. Besides her CBS show, she’s been pretty low-key on the tabloid scene, which has probably been good for her relationship. I wonder if she’s going to wear a Hanes bra under her wedding dress. The questions we ponder upon. Alas, congrats to J. Love and Ross!
