Remember a couple days ago when E! reported that Adnan Ghalib had been served the restraining order papers early Saturday morning and was “half-naked” with ex wife Azlynn? Well, we’ve learned that E!’s story is completely false. Sources have revealed to JFX that Ghalib has yet to be served the restraining order papers that Britney’s father Jaime Spears had filed against him, despite the E! report.

I had suspected the E! story as fabrication since it was posted Saturday afternoon mainly due to the fact that TMZ wasn’t allowed to break the story. I’ve a hard time believing that TMZ would let an Adnan bashing opportunity pass them by, so now makes sense.

And as promised, here’s Uli modeling the new Free Britney T-shirt.

Back in 2006, a film crew followed JFX photographers for six months and now that footage will be screened in a the Documentary titled ‘Giving It Up‘ at the Palm Spring Film Festival. There will be two screening held next week and we’ll be attending the first screening this Monday, January 12, 2008, along with the director Frank Ruy. If you’ve been wondering where Sam Lufti has been lately, wonder no more. TMZ caught up with the one time self-proclaimed Britney manager at LAX over the weekend. He said pretty much exactly what you’d expect him to say.

Miley Cyrus celebrated her Sweet 16 Birthday with a celebration at Disneyland yesterday. People has the full story but funny enough, yesterday was Gay Day at the park, which means thousands of Gay and Lesbians were kicked out of the park early so that Miley could have the park all to herself and guests! But they did keep California Adventure open late as a consolation! David Archuleta, Demi Lovato, Tyra Banks, Cindy Crawford, and Steve Carell showed up to help the tween star celebrate her birthday a couple weeks early.

Britney Spears hit up the Dromo-1 Go Kart center in Anaheim, Ca. yesterday for some go-kart racing fun with one of her managers. TMZ has video of Britney racing around the indoor track in full helmet and neck guard. I’m not sure if they let Britney won or not but she did walk out with a nice trophy.

Beverly Hills Chihuahua won the box office battle this weekend, taking in $29 million for it’s opening weekend, nearly doubling second places, Eagle Eye, which took in $17.7 million.

Janet Jackson canceled shows over the weekend. Janet was hospitalized in Montreal for an unknown illness that Perez is reporting to be Vertigo. Shows in North Carolina, Atlanta, Ft. Lauderdale have also been canceled.

Oh yeah, the DODGERS swept the Cubs in the first round of the playoffs! I’m visioning a Dodgers-Red Sox World Series! What a ratings bonanza that would be!

The Lakers have a chance to clinch the Western Conference Semi Finals series tonight with a victory against the evil Utah Jazz. OK, they’re not evil, but they sure seemed it when Team JFX went to Game 2 of the same series last week, where we witnessed Kobe Bryant receiving his MVP statue from the Commissioner. Things got a bit crazy as the Lakers extended their lead and the booze flowed. Check out the pics below and let’s all hope that Kobe’s sore back is healed enough to put the Jazz away for good. Go Lakers!

Paparazzis don’t usually get any positive press, so we were quite pleased how well this one particular piece turned out. Our boys have been interviewed numerous times and have seen their quotes edited into negative commentary, so this story was definitely a breath of fresh air. I’m sure this is not the last time we’ll be in the news and we’re stoked to share it with y’all. By the way, I used a Brit picture because it’s all about her, too. JFX’s own Ulises Rios has been on Fox News’ show Hannity’s America all weekend and it’s is about to be rebroadcast at 6:00 pm here on the West Coast.
