Actress Kate Hudson enjoyed breakfast at the Harvest Cafe in Brentwood, CA, with her five-and-a-half year-old son Ryder. The little guy is really starting to resemble his dad, Black Crowes front man Chris Robinson.

Proving some people never learn from experience, Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are taking another try at coupledom. People reports the turbulent two have reunited—for now anyway. A source told People, “They’re back together.”

The two spent Sunday together at Wilson’s Malibu home, accompanied by Hudson’s 5-year-old son Ryder. The pair first began dating in Sept. 2006, after they met during the filming of “You, Me and Dupree,” but had their most recent split in May 2008.

At that time, a friend told People, “It was a pretty bad breakup. Owen said it was a tough one. He definitely doesn’t want to dwell on it. He wants to put it behind him.”

Apparently, Wilson hasn’t put his feelings for Kate far enough behind him. Or he’s just a glutton for punishment.

There are still a few guys left in Hollywood who haven’t dated Kate Hudson so they’ll be relieved to hear they still have a chance. Perez Hilton reported that the star was seen in a liplock with another female but Hudson has laughed off the charges. She told US at last night’s People’s Choice Awards: 

“A girlfriend called me and said, ‘Are you making out with girls now? I was like, ‘What are you taking about? No, no, no. Strictly boys for me!”

And a lot of them, right?

Actress Kate Hudson is on the cover of the January issue os Elle and she sounds off about being followed by packs of photographers. 

“They’ve become an entity to themselves… But eventually they’ll implode. They’re creating a house of cards that will inevitably fall. These are not nice people. When you’re taking your child to school, and they’re trying to get on school property to get a picture, it literally makes you want to just smack them.”

Of course, if her new film “Bride Wars” tanks next week, it won’t long before nobody bothers to take her picture.

Kate Hudson was married and a mother at a pretty young age, but now that she’s divorced, she’s enjoying the single life. She told InStyle:

“I’m actually enjoying being single right now because I really never have been. I feel good in relationships. I enjoy them, so I feel my best when I’m in something solid. But it’s also the first time I’ve ever taken a step back and gotten a new perspective. I’ve made a conscious decision to try to stay single as long as possible.”

So many men, so little time, eh?

The Weinstein Company hopes so. Today they released this first photo from the film “Nine.” If you can’t recognize them all because of the PhotoShopping, that’s Dame Judi Dench, Penelope Cruz, Marion Cotillard. Sophia Loren, Fergie, Nicole Kidman and Kate Hudson. In front with his back to the camera is Daniel Day-Lewis who stars as a filmmaker trying to make a movie while juggling the various women in his life. This film doesn’t come out until December 2009 so we have no idea why they’re hyping it so soon.

Halloween seems to be bringing all the stars back to L.A.—and some of them look pretty scary. Kate Hudson was caught by photographers looking less than her best as she pushes her bags through the airport.

The Poster for ‘Bride Wars’ debuted online yesterday and I’m actually quite surprised that Anne Hathaway was given equal space in picture and in name to Kate Hudson. Having your name on top of everyone else’s is a big thing on posters. The term ‘top billing’ literally means your name on top of everyone else’s. Well good for Anne Hathaway! It’s not that I think Kate Hudson’s ego would demand top billing or be divaish about the picture but she is literally ten times a bigger star than Anne and it would make sense.

Bride Wars tells the story of two best friends whose friendship sprials out of control into a competitive free-for-all when they schedule their own weddings on the same day.

Bride Wars opens January 9, 2009.

Kate Hudson is on the cover of the September issue of W Magazine and I’m diggin’ the super rich crimson lips. Loves. It. Katey just broke up with cyclist Lance Armstrong a few weeks ago after three months of dating. Is that even considered dating – three months? That’s like – hanging out. Anyway, she had a few things to say about relationships in the new issue. In regards to being open about her love life: “I’ve learned that things are better left private until you’re actually planning the wedding,” she told W. “It’s so hard for me, because I’m so open, to hold back,” she went on. “I could really just go on forever about this stuff.” Kate was married to rocker Chris Robinson (whom she has son, Ryder, with) and also dated actor Owen Wilson. Yes, that was definitely quick. Kate Hudson and cyclist Lance Armstrong have split up over the weekend, Us Magazine reports, and it ended amicably. “There was no drama or ugliness – they just decided to end things,” a source close to the couple told the magazine. “There is no hatred, just sadness.” Lance and Kate went public with their relationship when they were spotted together in Austin, TX in May. After they were “outed”, the couple became inseparable and were photographed together from New York to Los Angeles. They’ve even introduced the other to their respective families/kids. Lance went on a much-photographed lunch outing with Kate’s mom, Goldie Hawn, just about a month and a half ago in a Santa Monica eatery. And we can’t forget the number of times Lance took his kids and Kate’s son, Ryder, to tennis camp this summer. Everything just seemed so…perfect. I guess ’seemed’ is the right word here because as we know now, the two are no longer. Oh, well. I’m sure they’ll both bounce back from this unscathed. And on to the next one…

Our photogs spotted Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong paying Camila Alves and Matthew McConaughey’s new baby a visit in the hospital. Remember, Lance and Matthew are pretty good buddies, and so are Kate and Matthew. She is, after all, like Matt’s main leading lady. I think they’ve done, what, three movies together? Lance and Kate stayed for a bit before they headed to Santa Monica airport for an out of town trip. She and Lance were in Lake Tahoe by last night, where they attended some festivities for the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship. Lance’s foundation is said to be one of the beneficiaries. Our photogs spotted the It Couple of the moment, Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong, playing a little tennis today in Palisades. These two have been inseparable the last few weeks. Does he live with her now, too? Their relationship definitely got seriously quickly. Kate’s son Ryder has even hung out with the cyclist and his kids without his mama. Yeah, they’re that comfortable with each other’s families already. Score(?). Speaking of Ryder, Kate recently told OK! Magazine that her son’s suddenly developed an interest in women’s breasts. Here are some more pictures from the Fourth of July weekend starring Lance Armstrong and his new lady love, Kate Hudson. The couple (and one of Lance’s daughters) were spotted doing a lot of shopping at Benton’s Sporting Goods store in Palisades. These two are definitely in serious couple mode. I mean, you don’t introduce your kids just to anyone, and it looks like they’re already past the introduction phase and on to the getting to know my partner’s kids chapter. I’ll be posting more photos of Lance spending more time with the children (including Kate’s son, Ryder) at a later post. The duo met up with Kate’s mon, actress Goldie Hawn, at the Ivy at the Shore restaurant in Santa Monica. The paps were definitely in full gear yesterday because this is the new celeb couple of the moment. Well, maybe the Jen Aniston/Johnny Mayer coupling might be just a tad bit more press covered, but this is coming in second for sure. Witnesses told People Mag that the trio had a blast once inside the restaurant and they just laughed their way through lunch. I can feel the love. Are Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong riding away towards the sunset together? Say it’s so! Kate just broke up (again) with boyfriend Owen Wilson recently and she’s already hanging out with Lance. Hey, a girl’s gotta’ do what she’s gotta’ do. Anyway, the two were first spotted in NYC last Thursday. They reportedly hung out all weekend long in Austin, where Lance lives. Lance has been linked to Ashley Olsen (of all people, Lance?!?!) recently and he dated (and was engaged to) singer Sheryl Crow for a couple of years before they separated. He seems pretty much the ladies man, but if anyone can handle him, I think Kate can.

The beautiful people, the beautiful people… Great, I have that Marilyn Manson song in my head now. Must find another song to hum. Our NY photogs caught up with Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway on a race to the finish today in Central Park. They were shooting a scene from their new movie Bride Wars. However the real war came when Hudson began screaming at two photogs who wouldn’t let them complete the scene! Apparently security had to get in between the P.A.’s and the unruly photogs. I know the movie is called Bride Wars, but maybe they should change the name to Photog Wars.

This coat’s speaking to me and I don’t know what it’s saying, but it’s saying something good. Okay, back to the post. Kate Hudson was spotted yesterday out in the Chelsea area of NYC as she headed to a wardrobe-fitting for her new film, Bride Wars. I don’t know, but ever since Almost Famous, I haven’t really found anything she’s worked on that amusing. She’s such a good actress and I think she should do better movies. But back to the juicier stuff. News is that she’s back on with Owen Wilson, although there’s some trouble brewing already. Apparently Jennifer Aniston is the third piece of the love triangle. Okay, I honestly doubt this story is true. Okay, according to Eonline.com, Avril Lavigne was out this weekend with hubby Deryck Whibley buying tons of baby stuff. The two were shopping on Roberston Blvd. and stopped by Petit Tresor and Lisa Kline Kids. Is she preggy or not? Or maybe she’s just going to give a very generous baby shower gift. The two reportedly spent over $500 on baby goodies. Then there’s the rumor about Kate Hudson being pregnant as well. Could it be? Kate’s been single for a while, so I’m assuming this rumor’s not true, but we can never be too sure these days. I’d love to see a preggy Avril, though. She wouldn’t be able to dye her hair too much when she’s pregnant.
