Khloe Serves 173 Minutes!

E! reality star Khloe Kardashian turned herself into police this morning for violating probation stemming from her DUI arrest. She walked hand in hand with sisters Kim and Kourtney, anticipating to spend up to thirty days in jail. Well, 173 minutes later, Ms. Khloe is a free bird. That’s right, Khloe was let out early due to overcrowding. Just like Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan before her, Khloe is yet another starlet who’s getting off easy with her jail sentence. I almost want to give Paris Hilton some props because at least homegirl served five whole days! Okay, that was five out of forty-five days, but still. Anyway, here’s what Khloe’s rep had to say: “Khloe was prepared to serve her entire sentence if that is what the Sheriff’s Department had ordered. Having said that, she is, of course, happy to have been released and she is looking forward to fulfilling all the conditions of her probation.” Well, let’s hope Khloe does fulfill all the conditions of her probation. She should just start going to traffic school with Nicole Richie. They can carpool.

The funniest Kardashian sister is going to jail. Khloe Kardashian, Kim’s younger sis, is heading to jail for violating probation stemming from a DUI arrest last year. Her arrest was shown in an episode of their E! reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kim took to her blog to talk about the situation and had a message for fans: “I urge people to learn from the mistakes of others. Please drink responsibly, and it’s never acceptable to drink and drive!” Khloe will have to surrender on Friday and possibly face up to 30 days in jail. With overcrowding, there’s a good chance she’ll be released early. She will also have to enroll in an alcohol treatment program — one of the terms of probation she failed to complete — within three weeks of her release. She will also remain on probation. She’s definitely not going to spend all 30 days in the slammer, but hopefully she’s learned her lesson.

I’m catching up on my posting because of the holiday weekend, so you should have already perused through these Khloe Kardashian’s photos. She was spotted by our photogs at the Van Nuys Superior Court trying to extend her AA registration for her DUI charges from a few months back (it was her 3rd). Goodness gracious, Khloe! What’s going on with you? Maybe she’s going through some issues right now. Who knows! Hopefully the drinking problem’s not too serious either! Oye! Khloe’s gotta’ be my favorite character in Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She’s freakin’ hilarious and is the resident smart-ass for sure. Gotta’ love her, so I’m hoping she’s okay. I don’t know how I got into Oprah mode there - it just happens. Anyway, check out more pics of Khloe below.
