It seems The Hills crew is pissing off some of their neighbors in the Hollywood Hills. Access Hollywood is reporting that residents of the neighborhood where Lauren, Lo and Audrina moved into last season are not too happy about their presence and the attention they are attracting. These neighbors are particularly annoyed with paparazzi presence and the MTV film crew taking up all their parking spaces. Neighborhood sources told Access Hollywood that “MTV has turned the residence into a commercial sound stage for the purpose of filming the show.” MTV, meanwhile, maintains that they are “in accordance with all required production permits, and is working with the city of Los Angeles to assist it with neighborhood concerns that have been raised.” Lauren, whose name the house is under, is also reportedly upset by the situation and has hired extra security outside her house. Neighbors are complaining, however, that the three ladies don’t even live in the house full-time and are only there for filming and/or paparazzi photo-ops. The complaints have also been taken to the City Council. How about moving everyone back to Orange County? They can hang out with the Real Housewives of O.C. or something. Yes, I think that would really work well for all of us L.A. folks.

And the tension continues. The hills aren’t alive today with the sound of music, folks. Instead, there seems to be a lot of meowing going on. Roommates and Hills co-stars Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge got into a heated argument last week, according to TMZ. Audrina apparently scheduled a photo shoot with a weekly mag in their shared house in the Hollywood Hills, and LC lost it. Witnesses said that LC threw a hissy fit and got upset because she’d promised exclusives of their backyard to another magazine. An exclusive of their backyard? Didn’t we already see the backyard last season? Anyway, I guess Audrina did get permission to shoot in the backyard from Lauren’s people (I guess they have people scheduling their backyard appointments), but Lauren forgot. I’m expecting a huge fight next season on The Hills. They’re so just setting all of us up. Can’t wait!

The Hills’ Laurens – Lauren Conrad and Lauren “Lo” Bosworth – were spotted doing a little jogging this morning at Runyon Canyon in the Hollywood Hills. Yes, it takes a lot of energy to design your first fashion line, so LC really needed this run. Not really. Anwyay, the BFF’s are reunited in the new season of The Hills. They were both very active in the Laguna Beach series, but Lo’s just become a regular on The Hills this season. She’s kind of funny. Anyway, word on the blog universe is that LC is not too happy about that new Us Magazine cover stating that she was betrayed by Audrina and Brody. She says this isn’t so and that she appreciates her friends. Blah, blah, blah. I know a chick who went to FIDM with Lauren and she said LC was a total snot when the cameras weren’t rolling. Hmm.
