Mariah Carey wed Nick Cannon is a surprise ceremony last April 30. Now the happy couple plans to celebrate in style!
E! reports the pair will commemorate their one-year anniversary with a late-night party at the Palms’ Moon nightclub in Las Vegas on April 30. On the invitation, the dress code says “Hot!”
I wonder if the theme of the party will be “Hello Kitty?”

On Earth Day, when most celebs are at least pretending to care about pollution, conservation and stuff like that, Mariah Carey obviously can’t be bothered.
Page Six reports the diva was voted “least green” celebrity in an Earth Day poll. Her main offense was flying in her personal trainer—from St. Barts. Was that by private plane? GreenDaily.com editor-in-chief Jonathon Morgan coomented, “People saw that as an extravagance rather than a necessity and the consequences for the planet probably don’t justify it.”
Famous folks judged “most green” included Leonardo DiCaprio, Oprah Winfrey, Bono, Ed Begley Jr., Brad Pitt and Prince Charles.

Mariah Cancels Tour

Mariah Carey has canceled her upcoming tour, adding more fuel to the rumors that she and husband Nick Cannon are expecting. A source told the NY Daily News:
“Costume designers and dancers were all called Wednesday and told the tour is off. Most were hysterically crying because they were relying on her for a paycheck this holiday season.”
Ouch! The singer’s rep replied ”a tour was discussed, but nothing was confirmed. I have not been told she’s pregnant.”

Mariah Singing Lullabies?

Is Mariah Carey finally going to be a mom? Page Six reports that the singer was spotted coming out of a Beverly Hills ob/gyn’s office “clutching what looked like a sonogram and being greeted by her entourage with cheers. She was ebullient.” Carey and hubby Nick Cannon have stated they want to add to the family and at her age, there’s no time like the present. Her reps deny everything, but we’ve heard that one before.

Is Mariah Pregnant?

If she isn’t, why is she being so evasive? When the pop diva taped “The Ellen Degeneres Show” Tuesday, she gave a “no” to the host’s direct question about her mommy-maybe status. Then when Ellen brought out flutes of champagne to toast her not-expectant status, Carey made and excuse about it being too early for her to drink. Finally she pretended to sip the bubbly without actually getting it down. Does this sound like the behavior of a woman who’s definitely, positively not pregnant? But time will tell, won’t it?
