Proving some people never learn from experience, Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson are taking another try at coupledom. People reports the turbulent two have reunited—for now anyway. A source told People, “They’re back together.”
The two spent Sunday together at Wilson’s Malibu home, accompanied by Hudson’s 5-year-old son Ryder. The pair first began dating in Sept. 2006, after they met during the filming of “You, Me and Dupree,” but had their most recent split in May 2008.
At that time, a friend told People, “It was a pretty bad breakup. Owen said it was a tough one. He definitely doesn’t want to dwell on it. He wants to put it behind him.”
Apparently, Wilson hasn’t put his feelings for Kate far enough behind him. Or he’s just a glutton for punishment.

Owen Wilson tried to hide from photographers as he left Shutters at the Beach in Santa Monica, CA, on Friday. We have no idea why, since he’s not doing anything illegal. But we hear his bro Andrew got upset and decked a pap—right in front of a bunch of other snappers who witnessed the attack. Better cool it, Owen—you have that new movie with Jennifer Aniston and a dog coming out at Christmas and could use some good publicity.

Owen Wilson Back To Work

This is good news. Actor Owen Wilson is going back to work. He’s going to start filming Marley & Me next month and he’ll appear alongside Jennifer Aniston for the comedy. This is good news for the actor, who reportedly attempted suicide last August. He was hospitalized then and has been staying away from the limelight since. I hope he got the help he needed and got a lot of rest. It must be tough to be in front of the cameras all the time. Imagine Owen having a hard time with it and look at all the stuff Britney has to go through. Anyway, Owen’s back to work in March and the movie is set to release this Christmas. Good news all around.
