So what’s the most embarassing thing that can happen to a woman in a short skirt? Not being a woman, I can’t tell you for sure but my guess would be if your skirt got caught in your underwear in front of a horde of pervy paparazzi. Now before you scroll down to see who it is, take a second to guess who you think that booty belongs to. My first guess would have been Britney but it can’t be her because she’s wearing panties! We caught little Ms. Lohan and her deriaire entering Dia Bliss clothing shop in Malibu today for some shopping therapy when her skirt got caught in her panties and revealed a little more than she wanted to.
