Nicole Hits The “Runway”

She’s a fashion icon with her own lines of clothing and jewelry, so Nicole Richie’s a natural for this gig! The designer mom will be the guest host for the season premiere of “Project Runway,” set to air on Lifetime January 14.
The show’s executive producer Sara Rea told People: “Nicole is a fabulous guest judge. She has strong opinions and gives clear and specific constructive criticism to the designers. Also, she isn’t afraid to disagree with the other judges.” That should make for an interesting show!

J. Lo Bails On Heidi

Jennifer Lopez has dropped out of the finale of Project Runway where she was scheduled to be a surprise celebrity judge. Heidi Klum announced that Jennifer had sustained a foot injury that’ll keep her off the show. I’m not sure how a foot injury could keep someone from sitting down and talking but now Jennifer’s personal trainer Gunnar Peterson has spoken to OK Magazine regarding Jen’s foot injury, “No injuries, all good.” Maybe it wasn’t the sitting but the talking part that scared Jen off.

Project Runway Finale Tomorrow!

Just when I get my cable back, Project Runway decides to end their season tomorrow! Geez! Thank goodness for those mini-marathons Bravo runs on the weekends, or else I would have never caught up! Anyway, if you’re a fan of the fashion forward show then I’m sure you’re also waiting with bated breath for the finale tomorrow. Will Rami and his draped dresses win the title? Or will 21 year old Christian set out a fierce collection and become the next champ. I make it sound like a boxing match of sorts. Anyway, none other than Victoria Beckham is the guest judge for the finale, so that’s probably reason alone to tune in. The finale’s tomorrow night on Bravo. Check your local listings.
