More Nanny Problems

There seems to be more problems for Rob Lowe and his wife, Sheryl Bekoff. A second nanny, Laura Boyce, has come forward with a lawsuit against the couple. Laura claims that she was wrongfully terminated and was victim to sexual harassment. The suit was mainly directed towards Sheryl. People Magazine reports that the suit charges Sheryl with walking around nude in front of Laura and bombarding her with questions about her boyfriend’s private parts. Laura also claims that Sheryl made racist comments regarding her boyfriend, who is a professional basketball player.
Sheryl released a statement today, which read: “The charges against me are lies meant to embarrass and humiliate. I find it deeply offensive the false allegation that I would use racially insensitive comments. I’m certain that my dearest and longtime friend, and godfather to my children, Marcus Allen, would beg to differ with their charges. We do not see color in my household; my children do not see color. It deeply saddens me that I even have to explain this to my children.”
This is going to be a long court battle. Gloria Allred, who is representing the first nanny who filed a suit, is also going to act as Laura Boyce’s attorney.

Nanny Troubles For Rob Lowe

There is even more nanny troubles for Rob Lowe and his family. Rob’s former nanny filed a lawsuit on Monday stating that he repeatedly touched her inappropriately and exposed himself to her. The ex-nanny, Jessica Gibson, worked for the Lowes on and off for seven years. Jessica has sought the services of attorney Gloria Allred and the two appeared on the Today Show this morning. Rob addressed this issue last week on the Huffington Post, writing about an extortion problem he and his wife were having with a former employee. He also filed a lawsuit against Jessica and two other employees for breaching their confidentiality agreements. A hearing date has yet to be set.
