Russell Turns 44!

Russell Crowe turned 44 years old today and instead of spending a relaxing day by himself, the father of two hung out with his kids instead. Our photogs caught up with him in the morning walking with his son Charlie around their Beverly Hills neighborhood and again in the afternoon as he picked up both his boys at their Brentwood school. Maybe he has nighttime plans with his wife, Danielle. The couple are also celebrating their anniversary today. They married in 2003 on his 39th birthday. Crowe Family Shopping

Russell Crowe took his lovely little family out for a shopping excursion yesterday in Beverly Hills. The Aussie family loves taking walks around their rented Bev Hills manse getting to know the neighborhood, but it doesn’t take long for the paps to find them out. I just have a question - did Russell gain weight for a movie? He really looks heftier these days. We have great pics of the couple’s kids, who were roaming around a neighborhood boutique. Our great photogs were quietly following them around, but other paps moved in on the kill. What turned out to be a nice leisurely walk came to a halt. Russ had to call his security to pick them up. Meet The Crowe’s

Russell Crowe took his family on a little stroll in Beverly Hills this afternoon. Russell and his wife have some great looking kids and judging from the looks on the parents faces, they want to make sure photographers keep their distance. And who wouldn’t after getting looks like that? But my hats off to them for taking a stroll along streets that they know they will be photographed walking down. Russell And Rachel Break For Coffee

We caught up with Russell Crowe and Rachel McAdams taking a coffee break on the Los Angeles set of ‘State of Play’ yesterday. I don’t want to sound mean but I think Russell might be beating Rachel to make up truck in the morning because his hair is looking absolutely fabulous and Rachel’s is looking… well, pretty drab. What do you guys think? And don’t go for the easy joke with emails telling me that you’d still do her even if her hair was on fire or she was bald!

Bateman And Crowe On Location

I have more pictures of Jason Bateman and Russell Crowe on location in Los Angeles for their upcoming movie, State of Play. Jason’s looking very dapper in these photos and Russell really knows how to make himself look dumpy, doesn’t he? I’m assuming that’s all for the movie. Jason is in another movie called Hancock with Will Smith, set to release sometime this year. Russell has a couple of movies coming out this year also, including Tenderness, where he plays a police officer or a detective. He seems to like playing detectives these days. American Gangster was a great movie, if you guys haven’t seen it. He plays a detective in that movie, too. Anyway, we have more pics from the set for your perusal below. Have at them.
