Salma’s “Like An Alcoholic” About Breastfeeding

Voluptuous actress Salma Hayek admits she has an addiction—to nursing her baby. Daughter Paloma is 14 months old now, but as Salma told the London Sunday Times, she just can’t bring herself to wean her.
“I’m like an alcoholic. It’s like, I don’t care if I cry, I don’t care if I’m fat, I’m just gonna do it for one more week, one more month, and then when I see how much good it is doing her, I can’t stop.”
Well, there are certainly worse things to be addicted to.

Salma Calls Off Engagement

Actress/producer Salma Hayek and French billionaire Henri Francois-Pinault have called off their engagement. “We are sad to announce the engagement of Salma Hayek and Francois-Henri Pinault has been canceled,” Salma’s rep said in a statement to USA Today. “There will be no further comment.” The couple met in Venice in 2006 and have a daughter together, Valentina Paloma, who was born last September here in Los Angeles. Henri is the chief executive officer of the luxury goods company PPR SA, which owns high-end labels such as Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga and Puma. The pair made their last public appearance together in February at a Gucci store opening which doubled as a fundraiser for Madonna’s Raising Malawi foundation. Definitely sad news, but we’re pretty sure Salma will do just fine.

Our photogs spotted a very red-hot looking Salma Hayek shopping at Fred Segal yesterday in West Hollywood. Check her out. Salma’s always been one of the most beautiful actresses in Hollyweird, and she’s looking even better post-pregnancy. Okay, so Valentina is almost a year old (she was born last September), but still. I heard it’s super hard losing baby weight, and Salma looks like she’s lost all of hers. Way to go, mujer! I also read somewhere that she will be marrying her babydaddy, Francois-Henri Pinault, but we’ll have to wait and see on that one. Salma doesn’t seem like one of those women who desperately need to get married right away, but I could be wrong. Anyway, check out more pics of hot mama below. Enjoy!
