Star Trek XI Set Pics

Greetings to all you Trekkies. I know it’s been a while but we’re back with some more pictures for you guys. Coming from a movie website background, I know you guys love seeing set photos and behind the scenes stuff as much as I do. We actually had sworn off of working on Star Trek but for reasons I’m sure you guys could care less about, our photographers had to work the set. I’ll let you guys know anyway because Paramount has been aggressively trying to maintain total control over every aspect of the production. They’ve had production assistants harassing both photographers and look-e-loos alike near the set. And of course, the only way to fight back is to do exactly what we’re doing. Not to mention, Fox Channel 11 Los Angeles put the whole set on blast yesterday morning when their helicopter filmed an aerial shot of the set and gave out the exact location of where they were filming. Which is a bad thing when we’re also trying to keep the location secret as well. But with the set on blast, photographers had no choice but to work the set.
So here you guys go, but let me warn you, there are potential spoilers. Again - POTENTIAL SPOILERS! I’m going to post half the set today and the rest tomorrow and maybe some video of the set. So be warned, after the jump you’re in potential spoiler land.
Jennifer Morrison At Cloverfield Premiere

Jennifer Morrison walked the Cloverfield premiere red carpet last night along with other members of JJ Abrams Star Trek cast. Morrison, who plays Dr. Alison Cameron on Fox’s hit television show House, is rumored to play an important role in JJ’s still in production take on the Star Trek franchise.

The cast of JJ Abrams Star Trek showed up to support JJ’s movie Cloverfield at Paramount Studios last night. Zachary Quinto, Chris Pine, John Cho, Anton Yelchin, Karl Urban and Zoe Saldana all walked down the red carpet with JJ Abrams.
You’ve got your Spock (above), your Captain Kirk (below, and yes Trekkies, I know he’s not Captain yet)…
…there’s Sulu, Chekov and Bones….

Kirk And The Orion Slave Girl

Could this be the first shot of James Tiberius Kirk? Could be. We’re not 100% sure but our inside sources are saying this is indeed Kirk but until we get an official confirmation, we can’t say for sure. I can’t tell you where we shot the photos but we were lucky enough to grab a few more shots of the alleged Kirk AND the first shots of what was described to us as an Orion slave girl.
