She’s Back…

Okay, she’s almost back and she’ll be bringing the rest of the family with her. The Osbournes are the original reality-TV celebrity family and their show gave way to all the others that came after (the Hogans, Gene Simmons’ clan, etc.). And, to offer my two cents, their program was definitely more entertaining than some of the current ones. Luckily, Ozzy, Sharon, Jack and Kelly will be coming back to American TV. Variety is reporting that Fox network has given a six-episode order to an hourlong variety show hosted by the Osbournes. The show is said to resemble a variety show and will blend musical performances by the Osbournes and others with comedy sketches. Also planned: a game show, audience participation and out-of-studio taped elements. The series, which will be taped out here in L.A., is set to launch with a Christmas special.
Do You Want Ozzy Osbourne’s Tea Set?

If the answer to that question is yes and you’ve always dreamt of drinking out of Ozzy’s tea cups or Kelly’s favorite mug, then you’re in luck. Just in time for the holidays, too! Our favorite rock ‘n roll family, the Osbournes, are having an estate sale. For those wondering what an estate sale is, it’s basically a garage sale for rich people. They get auctioneers involved and stuff like that. There’s a public exhibition today, but there’s also a live webcast of the auction Friday and Saturday on www.auctionnetwork.com. Proceeds from the estate sale will go to the Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program at Cedar Sinai Medical Center, which rocks. Check out the auction and maybe you’ll get lucky with some matching towels or one of Jack’s old pipes. Ha - we’re kidding. The auction’s for a good cause, so it definitely is worth a look over. Hope they make lots of money for the cancer program! And damn it, I miss the Osbournes on TV!
