I know Leo doesn’t vote because he’s too afraid he’ll be photographed at the polls! But hey, who’s not interested in being pounded over the head with a message by people much richer, more powerful and more beautiful than you? Sarah Silverman and Jonah Hill are the highlights, even though Jonah’s been losing some weight, he’s still pretty funny.

Happy 33rd Birthday, Spider-Man! That’s right, it’s Tobey Maguire’s birthday today and I wouldn’t be surprised if he celebrates it doing exactly what he’s doing on this picture - hanging out at the park, shoes off, and watching his little girl, Ruby Sweetheart, play her little heart out in the swings or something. Spidey At The Grocery Store

Hey, even Spidey has to eat and so does his wife and little girl! Our photogs spotted a semi-bearded Tobey Maguire with his wife Jennifer and daughter Ruby at Whole Foods in West Hollywood yesterday. Whoa, try saying that last sentence in one breath (my smoker’s lungs couldn’t do it). Okay, back to the cuteness that is the Maguire family. I like how Tobey’s holding Ruby. It looks like he’s about to throw her or something (in a loving way, of course). And I do appreciate that the family is very environment-friendly. Check out Jennifer carrying her own little (grocery) shopping bag. Or is that a diaper bag? Well, whatever it is, it’s cute. Word on the streets and offices of Hollywood studios is that Spider-Man 4 is set to release in 2011. Yes, that’s three years from now, but these big blockbuster movies take some time to make. The big news is that Tobey might not reprise his role as Peter P./Spidey. Well, we’ll just have to wait three years and see, don’t we? In the meantime, check out more pics of Tobey and family below.

Here are some lovely photos of Tobey Maguire having some family time with his wife Jennifer and daughter Ruby. They were hanging out and having a ball at a park in Beverly Hills. Does this cute little doll of a baby know that her daddy is Spider-Man? Nah, she probably doesn’t care. I love this picture of Tobey watching his family. He looks like such a doting dad. Next up for Tobey? He’s co-starring with Jake Gyllenhaal and Natalie Portman in Brothers, which will be out in December. In the meantime, check out pics of Tobey and his family below.
