I know Leo doesn’t vote because he’s too afraid he’ll be photographed at the polls! But hey, who’s not interested in being pounded over the head with a message by people much richer, more powerful and more beautiful than you? Sarah Silverman and Jonah Hill are the highlights, even though Jonah’s been losing some weight, he’s still pretty funny.
Usher Back With Mama

Usher is going back home. Back home to mama, that is. The Atlanta-born singer let go of high-profile representative Benny Medina and re-hired mom Jonnetta Patton as his manager, E! News is reporting. “With an artist like Usher, the bar is set really high,” Medina told E!. “Whether it was management, marketing or the music, we achieved a No. 1 single and a No. 1 album…I had a great time and we parted ways amicably.” Usher’s publicist, Patti Webster, also voluntary left during the manager change. The R&B singer’s split from Medina reportedly stemmed from the lackluster success of Usher’s current release, ‘Here I Stand’. The aforementioned is the only album Benny and Usher collaborated on. His 2004 blockbuster, ‘Confessions’, was released while he was under the tutelage of his mom (and it was THE bomb). So, now that mama’s had all this time off, let’s see what Ms. Patton has under her sleeves for Usher. Mom and son reunited - sweet.

Usher is on the cover of Essence Magazine’s August issue with his little boy and it is the most adorable picture. How cute is Usher’s freakin’ baby? He’s like a little buddha. Usher talked to the magazine extensively about being a new father and new husband. When asked how he’s changed since getting married last year and having a baby, he had this to say: “They’re both linked—I can’t have one without the other. But the one thing that changed me the most is having a wife. Our child is an extension of that union.” He went on to say about his baby: “I represent what he is to become…To get married was a choice. To have a child is a responsibility.” Well said, Mr. Raymond. Well said.

Music superstar Usher is not taking cues from fellow songbirds Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez (okay, the songbird description is a stretch for Jen). In fact, Usher is blasting celebs who sell exclusive pictures of their newborn babies to publications. He told Pagesix recently: “in no way would I ever pimp out my child for money.” Usher is currently on the cover of Essence Magazine’s special Father’s Day issue. And who’s on the cover with him - his newborn. Relax, he didn’t get a dime for the cover. By the way, his new album Here I Stand is due out in stores May 27.
Usher Needs Love In Da Club!

A newly married Usher isn’t happy with his newlywed state. Apparently he needs more love and he needs it in the club! No just kidding, that is actually the title of his new single, “Love In Da Club”. Our photogs found Usher in Hollywood yesterday shooting his new video, and he brought some famous friends along to help. Kayne West and Young Jeezy are both making making cameos in the vid. Usher was all smiles and happy to get his comeback underway. We feel you Usher, you have been a true bench warmer lately. It’s time to make your way onto the field!
