Howard To Marry This Weekend?

Ellen and Portia won’t be the only ones enjoying some wedding cake this weekend. There’s news buzzing that Howard Stern will be marrying fiancee Beth Ostrosky this weekend. They’ve already planned (and announced) a big wedding set for October, but sources are claiming that the couple will have a nice civil ceremony in the Hamptons this weekend. Foxnews.com is also reporting that actor Mark Consuelos (Kelly Ripa’s husband) will be marrying the couple. Howard and Beth have been dating since 2001. This will be Howard’s second marriage and Beth’s first. The shock-jock has three kids with ex-wife, Alison Berns.
Tyra About To Wed?

Is Tyra Banks about to walk down the aisle? Well, according to Mediatakeout.com, she might be getting closer to wearing a wedding dress. The website is claiming that Tyra recently enlisted a very prominent Manhattan law firm to draft a prenuptial agreement for her. Their source (or snitch, as they lovingly call this particular source) works in the law firm Tyra hired. The mini-TV mogul has been seriously dating multi-millionaire investment banker, John Utendahl for two years. Rumors have surfaced before that Tyra moved production for her talk-show from Los Angeles to New York to be closer to John, but she has denied it. She quelled the rumor with Essence Magazine last year: “I’m very insulted by that rumor. I employ a lot of people; their livelihoods rest on my shows. The move to New York was a decision I made with my manager. It was not about a man.” There’s been no word yet from Tyra’s camp regarding this wedding rumor, but maybe she’ll be announcing the good news on her show very soon.

Singer Jewel just got married, according to E! News. The one-named star and her long-time rodeo champ boyfriend, Ty Murray, eloped to the Bahamas and tied the knot last night. “I dreamt about this day since I was a little girl on a ranch in Alaska,” Jewel said in a statement. “It was relaxed and romantic. I wore a traditional wedding gown and diamonds and he wore jeans and a button down shirt!” She went on to add that Ty “was her perfect prince.” Aww, sweet. Ty, meanwhile, released this stament: “We both have been so blessed in our lives. We’re lucky to have each other and look forward to starting a family together.”Jewel and Ty have been together for ten years and currently live at a ranch in Stephenville, TX. Congratulations to the happy couple!
Ethan Marries The Nanny

They’ve both moved on, folks. A couple of weeks ago, Uma Thurman announced her engagement to businessman Arpad Busson and seemed extremely happy. Her ex, Ethan Hawke, meanwhile, has taken up a new wife. And not just any wife, mind you. He married his girlfriend (and former nanny) Ryan Shawhughes three weeks ago. Yes, three weeks ago, but his rep is only releasing the info now. Ethan and Uma have two kids together, Maya, 10, and son Levon, 6. Meanwhile, Ethan and Ryan are expecting their first child together (a baby girl!). Congratulations to Ethan and Ryan. Let’s hope no other nanny gets in their way.

A big fat congratulations to our favorite Grease star, Olivia Newton John. Olivia recently married natural-health businessman John Easterling in two secret ceremonies, her rep told People Magazine. There was the Incan spiritual ceremony held on a mountaintop outside of Peru on June 21, which only the couple attended. Olivia and John then returned to the U.S. and had a beach front wedding in Florida’s Jupiter Island on June 30. Double good times. Olivia and John reportedly kept their nuptials a secret until the Fourth of July weekend when they finally told their friends at a barbecue in her Malibu home about their weddings. The couple met more than fifteen years ago but only became romantically involved last year. This is the second marriage for both Olivia and John.
